Founders

Adam and Ben Copenhaver, the visionary founders of CopeGrand Homes, bring together an impressive 24 years of combined expertise in real estate and construction. With a family background deeply rooted in the construction industry, their early exposure sparked their respective pursuits of degrees in Engineering and Building Construction Science. After completing their education, both embarked on successful careers with renowned regional and national home building companies, specializing in custom homes, new construction, remodels, and renovations.

Throughout their careers, Adam and Ben have transcended traditional roles within the construction and real estate sectors. As luxury custom home builders, they have embraced energy-efficient design, innovations for healthier living spaces, and the latest advancements in building science technology. Recognizing a gap in the industry that impacted their business, employee, and client experiences, they refined their skills further. This led to the creation of CopeGrand, born from their desire to craft dream homes and provide truly personalized custom home experiences.

Today, CopeGrand's brand and referral network continue to expand, driven by their commitment to enhancing the custom home building process and delivering a "Grand Experience." They have carefully fostered a culture of "Always Be Giving" (ABG) among their skilled craftsmen and dedicated vendor partners. This steadfast dedication has resulted in unparalleled customer satisfaction and has cultivated lasting relationships, strengthening their community ties.

CopeGrand has emerged as the platform where Adam and Ben excel in customer service, showcasing their core values of diligence, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to meeting the unique needs of each client, alongside their dedication to serving both clients and architects.

"They were also very helpful in the land acquisition and planning portion of their projects. Not only do these guys build a beautiful custom home, they provide a professional service from the moment y’all start talking land to the day they key is turned over.
