custom home build
One of the two opposing rooftop terraces offers a view of the salt marsh, the other a commanding view of the Arthur Ravenel Bridge. The 3,200-square-foot home at Harbor Watch in Mount Pleasant was specifically designed to take advantage of unrealized potential — its location below the Ravenel Bridge, which also offered views of the marsh and Charleston Harbor. But it’s so much more than views: the home boasts a complete energy management system, including solar panels connected to a Tesla charging station. The 10-month build added Brazilian hardwood decks, a covered screen porch, and an accordion door over the kitchen bar that opens to an exterior porch bar. But the true stunner is the view from the rooftop, which puts so much of the Charleston area on display.
